It's time to close the gender gap.

And it's not going to close unless we start now.

So @girledworld we've started by teaching today's girls to be tomorrow's leaders and founders by equipping them with 21st century enterprise skill-sets, and access to the talents of amazing female leaders, founders, change-makers and entrepreneurs from across Australia and the globe to build a powerful mentor network that girls can tap to begin to understand and build their own leadership potential.

We're starting with the @girledworld Big Ideas Leadership Summit 2017 (June 24 & June 25 at the University of Melbourne) supported by the Australian Federal Government, Victorian Government and featuring interactive workshops and keynotes from outstanding female business founders and leaders including Airbnb, Atlassian, AirWallex, MYOB, IBM, Girl Geek Academy, MAP, LaunchVic, StartUpVic, WISE, FYA and more.   

This will allow secondary school aged girls to immerse in a big weekend of real-world education, leadership empowerment, business inspiration, career development and personal transformation, as they see, hear and learn from incredible female role models who will begin to change the way they think about themselves, and the role they can play in the future of work.
