In a week that saw anti-#Trump#stateoftheunion Sufragette solidarity and #nancypelosi’s sarcastic 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 go viral across the planet, while back home with a pending federal election in Australia we see a tense climate with numerous women stepping out of the male-dominated politics playing out across party rooms, we think it’s time to redesign modern-day democracy. 

We’ve asked 100’s of teenage girls joining us at the #girledworld NSW WOW Summit @sydney_uni next Friday February 15 to tackle an all-day #DesignThinking challenge - ‘How do we redesign Democracy for the Real World?’ Students will work in teams to design solutions and present to a panel of expert judges from @telstra #muruD @sheeo_world@fishburners @sydneystartuphub and @sydney_uni.
