Girls need to see what they could be. Watch this video to see why.

Girls need to see what they could be.

On International Women’s Day 2019 we partnered with Virgin Australia to place teenage girls with extraordinary female leaders in workplaces across the country for the day.

The mini documentary above captures a few of the moments.

Thank you to the fantastic career mentors who joined us including Holly Ransom from Emergent, Lisa Leong from ABC News, Anna Leibel from UniSuper, Sushi Das from ABC News RMIT Fact Check, Libby Armstrong from Virgin Australia (plus pilots and engineers), Kim Wilson from the Herald Sun, Susan Sheldrick from Silverpond and the many others who gave up their time and wisdom on the day.

And to all the amazing teenagers who showed up, shared their stories and took big steps toward building bright and thriving futures - we can't wait to see you what you do next.

Career mentors matter.
