girledworld Workplace Mentoring will activate across Australia in 2022 as an online program. In 2021, the program activated online with registered companies. *

2022: Mentors must be available for at least ONE time block across 2022. This could be a breakfast, lunch, or evening event, a few hours, a 1:1 Mentor / Mentee session, or perhaps you're willing to welcome a group of students to your workplace to see what it's like inside your company, and they can hear from a diverse range of females in cross-company roles. It's really up to you how much time you'd like to commit. And we have lots of ideas for online or offline activities you can do with Mentees!

Please specify the number of students (Mentees) you would like to host online to virtually experience your workplace in 2022.

Please note placements range from a minimum of 5 students to a maximum of 40 students, who will engage with your company for 2 hours to a maximum of 4 hours on a virtual industry placement. Students can be from a mix of school year level cohorts across years 9-12, and all student groups will be accompanied online by a nominated school representative / teacher. Once you have confirmed your preferred student numbers, we will match a school to your business and provide you with school key contact information.
